The Bot is a private, custom-developed tool. It is not a public bot intended for general distribution. Access to and use of the Bot is a privilege, not a right. The Bot Owner reserves the right to restrict access, block specific users, or remove the Bot from any server at any time, without prior notice or explanation. 

The Bot provides an ecosystem of automated features to enhance the server experience. These features include, but are not limited to:

• AI Chat Integration: Processing user messages to generate intelligent responses.

• Generative AI: Creating images, text, or other media based on user prompts.

• Automated Security & Moderation: Scanning messages, links, and user behavior to protect the server from spam, raids, and malicious content.

Because these core functions are deeply integrated into the server's operations, we cannot provide a granular opt-out system or reasonable compromises for individual users. > Notice: If you do not consent to your public messages and inputs being processed by these automated features, your only recourse is to leave the server.

When interacting with the Bot, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or intentionally crash the Bot.

• Use the generative AI features to produce illegal content, hate speech, severe gore, or material that violates Discord’s Developer Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

• "Jailbreak" or manipulate the AI chatbot into bypassing built-in safety filters.

The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Bot Owner makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Bot’s uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or perfection of security features. The Bot Owner shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or server disruptions resulting from the use or misuse of the Bot.

The Bot Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued presence in a server utilizing the Bot after changes are made constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised Terms. 

The Bot Owner operates under a strict policy of minimal data exposure.

• Public & Voluntary Data Only: The Bot Owner has no intent, desire, or technical mechanism to extract or retain private user information. The Bot only accesses data that Discord explicitly makes available via its public API (such as your public username, user ID, avatar, status, and message content within permitted channels) or information that you voluntarily disclose while interacting with the Bot.

• Exclusions: The Bot cannot and will not access your private DM history with other users, your email, your password, or any information outside the scope of the server(s) it resides in.

Data processed by the Bot is used exclusively to power its core features:

• Automated Security: Messages are scanned in real-time to detect and mitigate security threats, spam, or malicious behavior.

• AI & Generative Features: Content you submit directly via prompts or text chats is processed to generate contextual AI responses and media.

By using this server and interacting with the Bot, you acknowledge and agree that information gathered through your public interactions with the Bot may potentially be used to help train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models in general.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Text prompts you feed to the AI chatbot.

• Public conversation logs used to fine-tune contextual understanding.

• Feedback provided to AI-generated outputs.

Any data utilized for AI training will strictly adhere to the limits outlined in Section 1 (only utilizing data Discord publicly provides or that you explicitly submit to the Bot).

The Bot does not permanently retain user data beyond what is strictly necessary for operational stability, caching, security logging, or the AI processing outlined above. If you wish to have data you voluntarily disclosed removed from any local logs the Bot maintains, you may contact the Bot Owner directly, provided you supply the necessary context (e.g., your User ID). 

By staying in this server, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to both the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy in their entirety.
